Plan A

 Plan A

I had it all nicely worked out;  I would get the Spirit of Tasmania crossing (this time with a comfortable wrist, driving to Devonport) on Friday 2nd May.  My car was booked on, my cabin was booked, I had worked out my itinerary to be in Sydney on 16th May - travelling via the Great Ocean Road, the Grampians, various historic places between Ballarat and Sydney with a few visits to places of interest to me that I stumbled across in my scrolling and route planning.

I even had a substantial amount of accomodation / campsites booked - or at least on my radar as to where I wanted to stay for a night or two.

I was investigating a rather fabulous option of a tiger moth flight, complete with goggles and flying leathers...

But... in the words of Robert Burns

But, Mousie, thou art no thy-lane,
In proving foresight may be vain;
For those who need a translation:  maybe I had overplanned?
